Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Dear More collects, why, and the choices you have. Dear More is built to read as little as it needs, keep what it reads for as short a time as it can, and never act without your approval.
What we collect
- Account: your email address, a salted hash of your password, your name, and the profile you choose to add (creator handle, categories, country, currency, a private minimum fee, reply voice).
- Gmail, only if you connect it: with your permission, Dear More reads messages in threads that look like brand partnerships, and sends replies you approve. For threads that do not look like partnerships, only the sender's domain, the subject, the date and the reason are kept, never the message itself, so a missed offer can be found again. Google access tokens are stored encrypted.
- What the agent prepares: extracted deal terms with the quotes they came from, drafted replies, your decisions, deals you confirm, and short notes about how you write and which offers you pass on.
- Decision records: for each proposal, which terms were known, which questions and suggestion the agent chose, and what you decided. No email text. Used only to check and improve how your agent decides, never to train AI models.
- Quick Check: text or a screenshot you paste is analyzed and returned to you. It is not saved to your account. We count Quick Checks per month, per account when you are signed in or per hashed network address when you are not, to apply the free limit.
- Waitlist: if you join the pilot on our website, we keep the email address you give us to send your invitation and pilot updates. Ask us to remove it at any time.
- Device and purchases: a push notification token if you turn notifications on, and your subscription status from Apple. We never see your payment card.
How we use it
Only to run Dear More for you: find brand offers in your mail, extract the terms, draft replies, compare new offers with deals you confirmed, remind you of what needs you, and send the replies you approve. We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell or share it, and we do not combine creators' deals into a shared price database.
AI processing
To extract terms and draft replies, relevant email content is sent to OpenAI's API. Under OpenAI's API terms this content is not used to train their models, and Dear More requests that it is not stored. The AI never decides for you: nothing is sent, accepted or declined without your action.
Google user data
Dear More's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Gmail data only to provide the features described here, we do not use it to train AI models beyond what your own agent learns for you, we do not use it for advertising, we do not transfer it except as needed to provide those features or as required by law, and people cannot read it unless you ask us to for support, it is needed for security, or the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Partnership email content: kept while the deal is open, then deleted 30 days after the thread goes quiet with nothing waiting on you.
- Threads that are not partnerships: the short summary above is deleted after 30 days.
- Drafts behind sent or declined replies: cleared after 30 days.
- Unconfirmed extracted facts: deleted after 90 days.
- Decision records: deleted after 12 months.
- Deals you confirm and learned notes: kept until you remove them or delete your account.
- Everything: deleted when you delete your account.
Your choices
- See and remove learned notes and deal history in the app.
- Disconnect Gmail in Settings, or revoke access in your Google Account.
- Delete your account in Settings. This removes your data from our database.
- Email contact@huolab.ai to request a copy or correction of your data.
Where it is processed

Age
